目前，独立学院就业指导工作的开展，无论从理念、内容、形式和方法上基本都沿袭母体高校的做法，偏离了独立学院人才培养的目标。本文从分析独立学院就业指导工作面临的问题入手，以全程化就业教育系统理论为依据，提出建立独立学院全程化就业教育体系的对策。%At present, the development of employment guidance work mostly followed the practice of parent universities in concept, content, form and method, which deviated from the personnel training goal of independent college. Starting from analyzing the problems faced by the employment guidance the independent college, taking the complete employment education system theory as the basis, this paper proposed the countermeasures to establish complete employment education system of independent colleges.
