Under the context of power installation market gradually establishing"pricing by market, enterprise pricing independently", for the basic requirements of power construction enterprises perfecting quotation system, reducing the project cost, the paper analyzes the main problems in the engineering bill pricing mode of power construction enterprise, and proposes the main ways to strengthen engineering bill pricing management and prevent project cost risk.% 在国家电网公司系统电力安装领的招投标活动中，工程量清单计价招标逐渐取代了传统的定额计价招标模式，在电力安装市场逐步建立了“市场形成价格，企业自主定价”的背景下，针对电力施工企业完善报价体制、降低工程造价管理的基本要求，文章分析了目前电力施工企业工程量清单计价模式下存在的主要问题，并提出了加强工程量清单计价管理，防范工程造价风险的主要途径。
