从绩效管理过程看高职院校教师绩效管理

         

摘要

高职院校的教师属于高等教育教师系列,与本科院校教师相比较,更具有职业教育的特点。绩效管理过程包括绩效计划、绩效实施、绩效考核、绩效反馈面谈和绩效改进五个环节。在进行高职院校教师绩效管理过程中,首先应明确绩效管理是帮助教师寻找差距、提高绩效的有效方式,其次以工作分析为基础,从高职教育的特点出发,建立符合高等职业教育要求的绩效管理体系。本文从绩效管理的目标和过程入手,分析高职院校教师绩效管理现状,并提出建议。%The teachers in higher vocational colleges belong to higher education teachers' series, and compared with teachers in undergraduate colleges and universities, they have the characteristics of occupation education. The process of performance management includes performance plan, performance implementation, performance evaluation, performance feedback and performance improvement. In the performance management process of higher vocational college teachers, we should clear that performance management is the effective way to help the teachers to find the defect and improve performance, then take the position analysis as the basis, and establish the performance management system in line with the requirements of higher occupation education from the characteristics of higher vocational education. This article analyses the status quo of teachers performance management in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the proposal.
