随着企业员工的竞争和压力增加，加之企业、单位的改制，员工心理承受能力已到了极限，心理健康问题越来越突出。本文着重分析目前员工的心理状态，指出有效的员工心理管理的意义并提出了具体的员工心理管理措施。%With the fierce competition and increasing presee of enterprise staff and the reform of enterprise and unit, the employees ' mental capacity has been stretched to the limit, mental health problems are much prominent. This article focuses on analysing the current employee's psychological state, and points out the significance of effective employee mental management and puts forward concrete measures of employee management.
