震动冲击开挖在胶结砂砾地层隧道掘进的实用性浅析

         

摘要

震动冲击开挖就是采用新奥法施工技术原理,使用挖掘机配带四角破碎锤在沙砾土中震动冲击开挖.现结合伏龙平隧道的工程实例,对该隧道所采用的新奥法这一非爆破开挖方法进行实用性分析.该工法在国内隧道应用中比较少见.为研究该工法在伏龙平隧道施工中的实用性,通过现场施工方法及经济成本的分析,与钻爆法进行比较,从而得出该工法科学合理的克服了伏龙平隧道特殊地质施工的技术难题.%The vibration impact excavation is using NATM technology principle,hammer excavator equipped with four comers to vibration shocks excavation in the gravel soil.Now combined the Frunze level tunnels instance,that practicality analysis of the tunnel by using the New Austrian Tunneling Method of no-blasting excavation.The new method is relatively rare in domestic tunnel applications.To study the practicality of the construction method Tunnel in Fulong Ping,through site construction methods and the analysis of the economic costs,compared with the drilling and blasting method,this is the scientific and reasonable methods to overcome the technical problems of the special geological construction of the the Frunze level tunnel.
