Based on an engineering case, this paper analyzed the deficiencies and shortcomings in tender bidding process, and put forward the enterprise bidding control strategy and the suggestion to regulate enterprises bidding activities and improve purchasing management benefit.% 本文通过对某工程招标案例进行分析自行招标过程中的各项不足和弊端，提出了企业自行招标管控策略要点和建议，为规范企业自行招标活动、提升采购管理效益提供了借鉴和参考。
