高校二级学院是学校办学的实体，其教学水平的高低与高校的教育教学质量和人才培养质量密切相关。建立一套科学、实用的高校二级学院本科教学绩效评估与激励机制，对二级学院本科教学工作进行全面量化考核，是提高高校整体办学水平的重要手段之一。本文以辽宁石油化工大学为例，探讨了学院本科教学绩效评估的具体问题。% The school level unit in university is the key entity of high education system. The teaching quality of these schools will directly affect the level of university education and the quality of undergraduate talented students training. Then a scientific and practical undergraduate teaching achievement evaluation system and related promoting methodology are required by undergraduate education of university. With the proposed evaluation system and the promoting rules, the undergraduate teaching task of school level unit can be totally examined in quantitative format. Furthermore, as one of important way of improving the whole university education level. Taking Liaoning Shihua university for example, this article discusses problems of undergraduate teaching achievement evaluation.
