城市主干线道--钢箱梁损伤评价

         

摘要

对多年使用的城市主干道——三座简支钢箱梁桥进行常规检查,发现桥梁振动幅度较大,钢箱梁的损伤部位均从桥面铺装开始。因此通过对交通流量进行调查,对结构控制截面和局部应力集中截面进行分析验算,同时对钢板母材的物理、化学性质进行随机抽检,对钢板厚度、钢板表面裂纹、焊缝等进行超声检测,分析损坏原因,然后通过荷载试验对结构的强度和刚度进行评价。%The paper made routine inspection for the three simply supported steel bridges which are city's main thoroughfares for years, and found that the bridge vibration amplitude was large as well as the injury site of steel box girder all started from the deck pavement. Therefore, by the investigation of traffic flow, this paper made analysis checking to the structural section and local stress concentration section, at the same time conducted random sampling for the physical and chemical properties of steel sheet base material, made ultrasonic testing of the plate thickness, plate surface cracks, welds, etc., analyzed the cause and then evaluated the strength and stiffness of the structure by load test.
