民办高校青年教师教学能力提升的策略研究

         

摘要

民办高校中,青年教师所占比例过大,师资的年龄结构、职称结构不合理。职业道德和责任意识不强、教学经验不足、科研能力不强等是青年教师普遍存在的问题,快速提高青年教师的教学能力是民办高校的首要任务。而最有效、最能迅速提升青年教师教学能力的方法,是先让他们先参加岗前培训,之后要长期坚持听教学名师的课,学习教学名师的教学方法和工作态度,充分发挥教学名师的传帮带作用。青年教师在教学过程中要逐步形成谦虚谨慎、勤学好问、懂得关爱学生的优良道德品质,注重不断提升自身的文化素质和专业素养。%In private colleges. universities, accounting for the proportion of young teachers is too large, the age structure, title structure of teachers is not reasonable.
