高性能混凝土抗压强度的正交试验研究

         

摘要

以水胶比、胶凝材料总量、矿物掺合料的掺量、砂率、粉煤灰与矿粉掺量比等因素为变量,设计五因素四水平的L16(45)正交试验,以混凝土28d和56d的抗压强度为考核指标,分析各因素对混凝土抗压强度的影响程度。试验结果表明:水胶比是影响混凝土抗压强度的最主要因素,矿物掺合料的掺量对混凝土强度影响较为显著,其他的因素影响不显著但有影响。%Taking water-binder ratio, the total amount of binder, the proportion of mineral admixtures, sand ratio, fly ash and slag powder admixture ratio and other factors as variables, this paper designs L16(45)orthogonal test with five factors and four levels, takes compressive strength of 28d and 56d concrete as the evaluation index, analyzes the impact of various factors on the the compressive strength of concrete. The test results show that: water binder ratio is the main factor affecting the compressive strength of concrete, effect of mineral admixtures on concrete strength is more significant, and effect of other factors was not significant.
