基于IPA方法的酒店工作设计感知研究--以长沙市高星级酒店为例

         

摘要

Job design becomes one of the important ways for managers to achieve employees' motivation, and it is important to study the perception of hotel job design. It is of significance for improving hotel job design scientific, increasing employees' satisfaction and job performance. Taking a case of high star hotels in Changsha City, the author obtained basic data by a questionnaire survey, and used IPA method to analyze the perception of hotel job design by IPA. The results showed that: the important degree of job design elements is high, and its satisfaction is low. Therefore there is still room for the improvement of hotel job redesign.%工作设计逐渐成为激励员工的重要途径之一,研究酒店员工工作设计感知,有利于促进酒店工作设计科学化,增强员工满意度,提高工作绩效。本研究以长沙市高星级酒店为例,采用问卷调查获得基础数据,采用IPA方法分析酒店员工工作设计感知。研究结果发现:作为工作设计的具体感知者,员工对工作设计重视程度较高,而对其满意度偏低。因此酒店工作设计还存在较大的完善空间。
