阿维菌素在发酵过程中会产生大量泡沫,通过加消泡剂用以防止发酵液逃液及发酵过程污染。消泡剂有天然油脂消泡剂、化学消泡剂(泡敌),因所加消泡剂种类不同,对生产收率影响较大。本实验通过对发酵过程所加消泡剂种类不同,考察整个生产过程的收率,同时也对提取过程中板框与膜的过滤效果进行了考察。%Abamectin produces a large number of bubbles in the fermentation process; adding defoaming agent can prevent fermented liquid leakage and pollution of the fermentation process. Defoaming agent has natural oils defoaming agent, chemical defoaming agent (GPE). Adding the different defoaming agent will has a larger impact on production yield. This experiment studies the production yield in the whole process, at the same time, investigate plate frame and membrane filtering effect in extraction process.
