施工组织设计就是从工程施工的全局出发，根据工程项目的特点，按照施工的客观规律和当地的具体施工条件、工期进度、资源消耗等作出科学而合理的安排所形成的书面文件。施工单位在进行投标时要编制投标文件，而指导性施工组织设计文件是投标文件的重要组成部分，指导性施工组织设计主要由文字说明和图表构成，其编制质量的好坏直接关系到施工单位能否中标。鉴于其有如此重要的作用，本文重点介绍指导性施工组织设计各图表的编制方法。%The construction organization design is a written document with scientific and reasonable arrangements, starting from the overall construction of the project, according to the characteristics of written documents, the objective law and the specific local conditions, construction schedule, resource consumption. Construction unit needs to prepare bidding document, and guiding construction organization design document is an important part of the bidding documents, guiding construction organization design mainly consists of text and charts, its preparation is directly related to the bidding of construction unit. As it is so important, this paper focuses on the preparation method of each chart for guiding construction organization design.
