农村水污染是由农业生产方式不合理，淀粉厂、养殖业环保措施不足和不合理的生活方式多种因素构成。针对这一日益突出的环境问题，我县从农村水环境问题存在自身特点入手，对症下药，通过发展生态农业，合理规划农村企业布局，来突破环保事业中存在的这一薄弱环节，使农村的水环境得到保护和改善。%Rural water pollution is caused by unreasonable way of agricultural production, insufficient environmental protection measures in starch factory and breeding industry, and unreasonable way of life. In view of the increasingly prominent environmental problem, we starts from their own characteristics of rural water environment problem, suit the remedy to the case, and give the resolutions, such as developing ecological agriculture, reasonable layout planning of rural enterprises, and realize the rural water environment protection and improvement.
