人力资源管理专业以开发学生职业胜任素质,提升其在职业生涯中持续发展的能力为导向,通过实地调研构建了人力资源管理人员的职业胜任素质模型,并在此基础上提出核心课程模块化、实践教学体系立体化和将社工元素介入专业教育等教学改革新路径。%The goal of human resource management specialty is to develop students' professional competency and enhance the sustainable development ability in their career. Through field research this paper built the professional competency model of human resources management personnel, and on this basis proposed new teaching reform paths, such as, core curriculum module oriented, three-dimensional practical teaching system and introducing social worker elements to professional education.
