Practical teaching in higher vocational colleges is an important part of skilled talents training. Higher vocational education has more than 30 years' history in China. With the improvement of the condition and the clarification of concept, higher vocational colleges have got profound development and progress in talents training. The importance of practical training has been recognized and practical training has been separated from traditional theoretical teaching and enhanced apparently. This paper mainly analyzes the research environment, occupation training teaching mode, the real project driven teaching model, practice training teaching mode for higher vocational teaching reference.%高职院校实训教学是培养技能型人才的重要组成部分，高等职业教育在我国发展已有30多年，随着高职院校办学条件的改善，以及高职院校办学理念的明晰，各高职院校在人才培养方面都有了长足的发展和进步。特别是普遍增强了对实训教学工作重要性的认识，使得实训教学从传统的理论教学中分离出来，并得到明显加强。本文主要分析、研究职业环境实训教学模式、企业真实项目驱动型实训教学模式、顶岗实习实训教学模式以供高职教学实训借鉴。
