由于地下空间开发缺乏竖向层次的规划，导致一部分设施开发不合理，地下设施空间占用的冲突矛盾屡见不鲜，严重影响了地下空间开发的正常进行。文章结合宁波市工程地质条件、地下空间开发利用现状及存在的问题，以宁波轻轨交通建设工程为契机，探究宁波市地下空间平面分区和竖向分层。在此基础上，科学合理地提出了城市地下空间的分层开发模式，可使地下空间的开发遵照有序、有理、有利的原则进行，节省建设投资，提高地下空间的有效利用。%The lack of vertical stratification planning of underground space has lead to the unreasonable development of part of facilities, the frequently conflicts of space occupancy between underground facilities and these seriously affect the normal development of underground space. The paper analyzes engineering geological conditions in Ningbo, current situation and problems of underground space development, takes light rail transit construction in Ningbo as an opportunity, and then probes plane partitions and vertical stratifications of underground space in Ningbo. Based on these, put forward the scientific and reasonable delamination development model of urban underground space, to make the development obey orderly, rational, favorable principle, to save construction investment and improve the efficiency of the use of underground space.
