This article mainly studies the railway projects from several aspects so as to optimize the design and thus realizing scientific and reasonable selection of the comprehensive track-laying scheme as well as strengthening the control of resources.%本文主要对相关的铁路项目情况进行研究，从多个角度进行分析，以此来对设计进行优化，使多个铁路项目综合铺轨方案的选择科学化、合理化，并且加强对资源的控制。
