This paper mainly uses the theory of law to analyze the rights and interests of consumers encroached by the network bank, and based on this, it puts forward how to establish legal mechanism to safeguard consumers' rights and interests of network bank in our country.%本文主要运用法学理论，对网络银行可能侵害的消费者的各项权益进行详细分析，并在此基础上，提出了如何建立我国保障网络银行消费者权益的法律机制的建议。
