The paper analyzes the issues about environmental sanitation, physical environment and cultural environment, and puts forward the countermeasures on improving dormitory environment, such as improving hardware configuration, perfecting dormitory condition, meeting the demand of students' life, and cultivating self-management of students from the ideology, so as to fundamentally solve the problem of college dormitory environment.%分析大学生寝室中存在的卫生问题、物质环境问题及人文环境问题，提出改善寝室环境问题的对策。即加强“硬件”配置，改善住宿条件，满足学生的生活需求，并从思想上教育学生进行自我管理，“软”、“硬”兼施，从而从根本上解决高校寝室环境问题。
