As YB48 packer with a dual-mode direct-pack packaging, not like the use of single horizontal-pack packer,as in the process of cigarette bundle into the model box to complete the location and cause the head of cigarette to damage easily in the later stage of foil packaging. To this end, YB48 packer introduced the cigarette location mechanism, two sets of conjugate cam were adopted to control the cigarette location mechanism for complete the cigarette location in the process of delivery and ensure the quality of packaging. Comparing with YB45 packer and YB47 packer after solve the problem of cigarette location, the delivery of packets and the packaging is more simple and efficient, more convenient in maintenance and repair,and the component quality and driving power just increased by 30% than the same structure of the single model packer.%由于在YB48包装机中采用了双路直包的包装方式,无法像采用单路横包包装方式的机器一样,在烟支成捆推入模盒的过程中完成定位,导致后续铝箔纸包装阶段极易造成烟支头部的损坏.为此,在YB48中引入烟支定位机构,采用共轭凸轮控制烟支定位机构在模盒传送的过程中完成定位,保证了包装质量,大大降低了坏包率,在解决了烟支定位问题的情况下,YB48与采用单路横包包装方式的YB45和YB47机型相比,烟包的输送与包装更为简单高效,保养与维修更加方便,且部件质量和驱动力仅仅比单路结构的同机型增加30％.
