区域高层次人才引进政策比较研究

         

摘要

随着我国“人才强国战略”的实施,高层次人才队伍的建设愈来愈重要.本文以我国各省市的高层次人才引进政策文件为样本,从人才引进标准、引进方式和引进的优惠政策三方面对高层次人才引进政策进行分类,在对各地人才政策比较分析的基础上,探索现有政策存在的问题,以期得到完善和规范各地高层次人才引进政策的启示.%With the implementation of China's "talents strategy for powerful nation", the construction of high-level personnel is increasingly important. Taking policy documents of introduction of high-level talents of China's provinces as sample, this paper classifies policies of introduction of high-level talents from standards, ways and preferential policy of introduction of talents, and explores the existent problems on the basis of comparative analysis of regional personnel policies, so as to gain the enlightenment of perfecting and standardizing policies of introduction of high-level talents.
