资源诅咒问题的存在,使得低碳经济的发展路径变得更有针对性.减缓资源开采、保持不同行业多样化、成立自然资源基金都是行之有效的缓解资源诅咒,发展低碳经济的方式,能够实现资源的有效配置,最终实现社会的可持续发展.本文在结合众多国内外学者研究成果的基础之上,对我国各省份的资源诅咒问题的产生、传导机制的经济解释、资源诅咒问题的量化等问题进行探讨.%The existence of resources curse issue makes the way of low-carbon economy development more targeted. Slowing down the exploitation of resources, keeping industry diversiry and founding natural resources fundation are all effective ways of easing the resource curse phenomenon and developing low-carbon economy. It can also realise efficient allocation of resources, and ultimately achieve sustainable development of the society. In this letter, the generation of resources curse issue in various provinces of China, the economic interpretation of transmission mechanism and quantification of the resources curse issue are discussed on the basis of many domestic and foreign scholars' research results.
