改革开放初期,基于对现实国情的考量,我国城乡土地市场实行了不同的管理体制,进而形成了二元土地制度格局.文章从土地市场改革的历程入手,分析造成土地市场二元分裂的原因,再将对城乡二元土地制度的危害进行了深度剖析,最后提出城乡土地市场一体化的政策建议.%At the beginning of reform and opening, based on consideration of realistic national conditions, the land market in urban and rural areas in China adopt different management system, which leads to dual land system. This article analyzed reasons caused by land market binary split firstly from the process of land market reform, and then made a depth analysis of the damage of the urban and rural binary land system, finally, put forward the policy suggestion of integration of urban and rural land markets.
