本文在概述了团队及团队精神内涵的基础上,通过调研结果分析而设计团队合作精神培养的行为训练法,通过对行为的训练,提出了大学生团队精神培养的几条途径采探讨团队合作精神培养的模式与方法.%Based on the summarization of the connotation of team and team cooperation spirit, this paper designs the behavior training method to team cooperation spirit through analyzing the investigation result, and puts forward the training ways and models of college students' team work spirit through the behavior training.
