中国医科大学新校区图书馆综合楼工程结构设计

         

摘要

The total construction area of library building of new campus of China Medical University accounts for 48870 square meters, building height of 77.35 meters, and it is twin tower with four-layer annex as chassis and is the transfinite high-rise construction project which has connecting body from 17 to 19 layers. Its structural form is frame-anti-seismic wall. The small earthquakes elastic checking for structure is conducted by using SATWE software, and performance objectives of frame column and bottom strengthened wall limb under medium earthquake and large earthquake is calculated and analyzed respectively, and the reliable conclusions and design basis are obtained.%中国医科大学新校区图书馆综合楼总建筑面积48870平方米,建筑高度77.35米,是一栋以四层裙房为底盘的双塔楼并在十七至十九层间设有连体的超限高层建筑工程,结构形式为框架-抗震墙结构.采用SATWE软件对结构进行了按规范及地安平结果取值下的小震弹性验算,对连体相连的框架柱及底部加强部位墙肢分别进行了中震和大震下的性能目标计算分析,得出了可靠的结论和设计依据.
