The relative concepts of local (α,β,γ)- diagonally dominant matrix is introduced in this paper, under the conditions of irreducible local (α,β,γ)- diagonally dominance, practical criterions of nonsingular H-matrix and nonsingular M-matrix are obtained, extending the existed results.%引进了局部(α,β,γ)-对角占优矩阵的相关概念,在不可约局部(α,β,γ)-对角占优矩阵的条件下,获得了非奇异H-矩阵及非奇异M-矩阵的实用判别准则,推广了已有的相关结果.
