浅谈农电工队伍创新管理机制——关于新形势下国家电网人力资源建设的新思考

         

摘要

The agricultural electrician is the main force of the primary electrical work and the flow service window of the power supply in rural areas, and it occupies an important position and role in the power supply enterprise. Through a series of measures, the national grid deepened the management of agricultural electrician and quality construction, which provided a strong guarantee for the "three rural problems" work. But facing a new situation, the national grid needs to further achieve the upgrading of human resources in development process. This article analyzes the basic component and current management of the national grid agricultural electrician team, analyzes the difficulties, and put forward relevant proposals to strengthen the management of agricultural electrician, for exchange.%农电工是基层电力工作的主要力量,是供电企业在农村地区流动的服务窗口,在供电企业中占有重要的地位和作用,国家电网通过一系列的措施,深化农电工的队伍管理和素质建设,为“三农”工作提供了有力保障.但面临新的形势,国家电网在发展中还需进一步实现人力资源升级.本文对当前国家电网农电工队伍的基本构成、管理的现状进行剖析,分析其面临的困境,并提出了加强农电工管理的相关建议,以作交流.
