The agricultural electrician is the main force of the primary electrical work and the flow service window of the power supply in rural areas, and it occupies an important position and role in the power supply enterprise. Through a series of measures, the national grid deepened the management of agricultural electrician and quality construction, which provided a strong guarantee for the "three rural problems" work. But facing a new situation, the national grid needs to further achieve the upgrading of human resources in development process.
