本文对高新技术产业、高新区等有关概念进行了整理和界定,并对我国高新区发展方向和结构以及高新区的发展现状分别进行了概括论述.文章科学分析了陕西西安高新技术产业园区的发展条件和发展现状,在这个基础上,对其合理的发展方向进行了论述,并对其功能进行了准确的定位,综合对用地的布局规划与功能组织的分析和对基础设施规划的相关内容的介绍提出相关的建议、%This paper made sotting and definition of high-tech industries, high-tech zones and other related concepts, and conducted summarized discussion on development direction and structure of China's high梩ech zones as well as its development status respectively. Based on the scientific analysis of development conditions and development status of Xi'an Hi-tech Industrial Park, this paper discussed its reasonable development orientation and made a accurate positioning to its function, and put forward development proposals on introducing related content of infrastructure planning and the analysis of functional organization and the layout of the land use planning.
