高校图书馆绩效评价模型的构建及应用研究

         

摘要

According to the management of university library, the application of Balance Scorecard (BSC) is analyzed. An evaluation model for university library based on BSC and AHP is built. The index system includes four dimensions which are economic criteria, reader, internal process, learning and personal growth. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to determine the model weighting. And the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the performance of a university library which based on the model.%基于对高校图书馆特点的深入考察,以平衡计分卡方法为基础,构建了一个包括经济准则、读者、内部流程,学习与成长4个维度的高校图书馆绩效评价模型,并应用层次分析法确定其权重,最后采用模糊评价法对绩效做出最终的评价.文中还给出了对某个高校图书馆绩效评价的实例,并对评价结果做了比较详尽的分析与讨论.
