The incentive system of scientific research in colleges and universities is a series of scientific research incentive policies and measures to raise the level of scientific research, promote discipline construction and development, and mobilize the scientific research enthusiasm of broad masses of teachers and researchers. This paper combined with the reality, introduced the status of research work and incentive system, analyzed the problems, and put forward some specific observations and recommendations for the scientific awards system.%高校科研奖励制度是高校为了提高科研水平,促进学科建设与发展,调动广大教师和科研人员的科研积极性而制定的一系列科研奖励政策和措施.本文结合我校实际情况,介绍了我校科研工作与奖励制度现状,分析了我校科研奖励制度所存在的一些问题,并对学校科研奖励制度的科学化提出了一些有针对性的意见和建议.
