Lock-up bracket is a seismic protection device with the lock-up device installed on bracket. Under normal conditions, the device provides load, displacement, and turning. When earthquake occurs, it can share the earthquake horizontal force and protect bridge piers. After 5 ·12 Wenchuan earthquake, in order to speed up the post -disaster reconstruction, and promote economic and social development in the disaster area, the ministry of railways and Chengdu authority jointly build the Chengdu—Dujiangyan light rail (hereinafter referred to as the Chengdu—Cuanjiang line).
