本文在广东省高技术产业“十二五”规划的基础上,通过分析广东省高技术服务业发展现状,总结其目前发展的特征和面临的挑战和机遇,分析它对广东省产业结构优化升级的影响.同时结合广东省产业结构现状,从产业结构优化角度分析优化升级所需要的各个产业未来的相互合作及发展方向,得出发展高技术服务业是推进产业结构优化升级的主要方法.%This paper is based on the "Twelfth Five-Year Plan" of high tech service industry in Guangdong Province, analyses the current situation and the future challenge of the high tech service industry. At the same time, in combination with the present situation of the industrial structure in Guangdong province, it analyses the needs of the cooperation and development of each industry in order to give a hand to the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. It concludes that the development of high tech service industry is the main method of upgrading the industrial structure.
