In this paper, taking tourism management specialty in Changjiang Professional College for example and constructing academic evaluation system of the combination of school performance appraisal and enterprise practice assessment as the research direction, existing problems of the process of current campus performance appraisal and the enterprise practice assessment were analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions of the relationship between school performance appraisal and enterprise practice assessment were straightened out, talents training strategies of vocational professional tourism management specialty were optimized.%本文以我院旅游管理专业为例,以构建学生校内成绩考核与企业实践考核相结合的学业评价体系为研究方向,分析当前校内成绩考核同企业实践考核过程中存在的问题,进而理顺校内成绩考核与企业实践考核关系的对策及建议,优化高职旅游管理专业人才培养策略.
