高校招生、培养、就业联动机制研究

     

摘要

Recruitment, training and employment are three key aspects of the university personnel training. To build enrollment, training, employment linkage mechanism and achieve the positive interaction of the three aspects is an effective way to achieve sustainable development of colleges and universities. Based on the analysis on the problems in current college enrollment, culture, employment, this paper builds enrollment, training, employment linkage model and proposes the implementation strategy.%招生、培养和就业是高校人才培养的三个关键环节,构建招生、培养、就业联动机制,实现三者的良性互动,是高校实现可持续发展的有效途径.本文在分析当前高校招生、培养、就业存在问题的基础上,构建了招生、培养、就业联动关系模型,并提出了招生、培养、就业联动的实施策略.
