The intelligent building organically combines with intelligent computer technology, communication technology, information technology and construction techniques gradually by using system integration, and can conduct analysis, judgment and processing of automatic monitoring information of a variety of devices; achieve safe, efficient, convenient, comfortable, flexible and reasonable investment in information resources management and user information service and other requirements, therefore, intelligent building better reflects the science and technology is productivity.
