大学毕业生就业难,尤其是民办医学院校临床医学毕业生就业压力大,医生是非常高专的职业,医学生毕业以后要经过长时间的培训锻炼才能够独立的上岗,这需要耗费所在单位巨大的培养成本,本文对在校期间如何降低临床医学专业毕业生再培养成本进行了初步探讨,并初步总结了本次探讨的成效.%The employment of college graduates is difficult, in especial, the clinical medicine graduates in private medical colleges have bigger employment pressure. The doctor is highly specialized occupation, so after graduation, the medical student is able to separate posts only after a long period of training, which takes huge training cost of the unit which they belong. This article conducted a preliminary study on how to reduce re-training costs of clinical professional graduates at school, and summed the effectiveness of this study.
