On the basis of constructing corresponding descriptive index system, the article builds the related index about Hebei regional transportation and regional economy system by using the coordinated development theory of regional transportation system and regional economy system, uses principal component analysis to make multi-index comprehensive evaluation, and finally calculates the coordination degree of the two sub-systems of Hebei regional transportation and economy system during "Eleventh Five-year Plan".%应用区域交通系统与区域经济系统协调发展理论,在构建相应描述性指标体系的基础上,分别建立了河北省区域交通和区域经济系统的相关指标,采用主成分分析法进行多指标综合评价,最后通过静态协调度、动态协调度定量计算出河北省在“十一五”期间交通与经济两个子系统的协调程度.
