汽车维修质量评价中灰色聚类法的有效应用探讨

         

摘要

After nearly 20 years of development, grey system has been basically set up a new branch of the structural system.Making the uncertain system of "small sample" and "poor information" of "partial information known and partial information unknown" as the study subject, grey system is mainly through the generation and development of the "partial information" to extract information of great value to realize the correct description and effective control of system operation rule.Therefore, the grey clustering method is briefly introduced and its effective application at automobile maintenance quality evaluation is analyzed and explored.%灰色系统理论经过近20年的发展,已基本建立起一门新兴学科的结构体系.灰色系统理论以"部分信息已知,部分信息未知"的"小样本","贫信息"不确定性系统为研究对象,主要通过对"部分"已知信息的生成、开发,提取有价值的信息,实现对系统运行规律的正确描述和有效控制.在此,简单介绍了灰色聚类法,并将它在汽车维修质量评价中的有效应用进行分析和探讨.
