Coal resources are the most abundant fossil fuels at planet with extensive distribution and it is no exception to China. People's production and life are inseparable from the coal resources and coal resources are closely related to China's economic development. Through establishing the econometric model, the paper analyzed the relationship between GDP and the production and consumption of coal resources and came to the conclusion that the economy development relys on the coal resources. Based on the sustainable development theory, theory of circular economy and industrial ecology theory, the paper proposed the suggestion of low-carbon and sustainable development.%煤炭资源是地球上蕴藏量最丰富、分布地域最广的化石燃料,对中国而言,也不例外.人们的生产生活都离不开煤炭资源,煤炭资源与中国经济发展息息相关.本文拟通过建立计量模型,分析国内生产总值与煤炭资源的生产、消费关系,得出煤炭资源与经济发展密不可分的关系.并由此,基于可持续发展理论、循环经济理论及工业生态学理论等理论对煤炭资源的低碳,可持续发展提出相应的建议.
