田径技术课教学过程中,如何充分发挥学生的主体性对于教学效果的成功有着非常重要的作用.通过在田径技术课教学中运用摄像反馈教学法进行教学尝试,实验结果表明:这种教学方法不仅能培养学生分析问题和解决问题的能力,提高学生学习的主动性和创造性,还能缩短教学时数,提高教学效率;使学生的技术动作更加规范化,取得了良好的教学效果,同时也为改革、创新田径教学方式、方法提供了有益参考,有力地推进了现代高校体育教学改革的步伐.%How to make students fully play their role of subjectivity in Track and Field Technology course teaching has a very important role for the success of the teaching. We tried to apply the teaching method of video feedback in the teaching. Experimental results show that: this teaching method not only train students the ability of analyzing and solving problems, make students learn initiatively and creatively, but also reduce the number of lessons, improve teaching efficiency; it also make students' technological movement more standardized, and achieve good teaching results; it provides useful reference for the reform, innovation of track and field teaching methods, effectively promote the reform of modem physical education in colleges.
