专业的篮球人才的数量与质量极大的影响着我国篮球运动的广泛普及与高速发展,而高等体育院校是培养篮球专业人才最为主要的基地,为此,笔者运用文献资料、专家访谈、调查实验等多种科学研究方法对目前高等体育院校篮球专业人才培养这一问题进行了研究,首先在分析了篮球专业人才能力结构的基础上,针对培养中出现的诸多问题,进而,提出一些优化篮球人才培养的建议和意见.%The number and quality of professional basketball talent greatly impact on the widespread popularity and high-speed development of basketball in China.Physical Education Universities is the major base for training professional basketball talents.The author researched the professional basketball talent training in Physical Education Universities using literature, expert interviews, investigation and experiment.In the light of the problems existing in talent training, based on the analysis of ability structure of professional basketball talent, the paper put forward some suggestion suggestions and comments on optimization of professsional basketball talent training.
