The education value and function of college education is not only to pass on the existed cultural and scientific knowledge to the students.It is more important to cultivate the students' ability to innovate in unknown fields. To cultivate the students' ability to innovate, first the traditional educational concept should be changed. Meanwhile the cultivation of the student's awareness to innovate, the cultivation of the students' non- intelligence factor should be fostered.
