To achieve effective administration of retired personnel, the secondary colleges in universities should uphold the four facets: with respect to preconditions, often on the ideological work; sympathy for the opportunity to interact, and keep controlled release; to solve practical prohlems for hand grab, much as humanity; provide a platform for our veteran comrades to play rule.
