Economic globalization has made a great progress and acquisition has spread into the worldwide, so diversification strategy is becoming more and more significant. From the perspective of internationalization, this article has systematically described the drives of diversification strategy of enterprises, meanwhile, has analyzed current stations of diversification strategy of enterprises in our country.
