Every undergraduate is qualified with potential for scientific and technological innovation, It's a very important systematic project our country's current higher education is facing to stimulate the undergraduates' potential for scientific and technological innovation. Basing on the current situation of the undergraduates' scientific and technologic innovation education, this paper explores approaches and methods of undergraduates' potential for scientific and technological innovation according to the experience of the famous teachers and excellent students.
