随着高校多媒体教学的大面积普及和深入,形成了数量庞大的电子教案、图片、视频,以及CAD图纸、电子作业、设计及艺术课作品、毕业设计等各类电子资料,但对这类资料的存档保管和共享使用尚无明确的规定和操作性较强的实施办法,本文探讨利用制度建设及计算机技术加强和规范该类资料的管理,研究高校多媒体教学资料存档保管和共享使用的长效机制.%With the popularity of multi-media teaching in universities, great quantities of electronic teaching plans, pictures, video, CAD drawings, e-work, works of design and art classes, graduation design and all types of electronic resources have come into being. However, the storage, archiving or sharing of such resources lack specific regulations or practical methods. This thesis discusses how to enhance and standardize the management of such information by using system construction and computer technology, and makes a study of a long-term effective system for the archiving, storage and sharing of universities multimedia teaching resources.
