2010 is the first year of implement of State Teacher Training Plan for national ministry of education. The state invested 550 million Chinese yuan to strengthen the construction of team of primary and secondary school. This article summarized comprehensively 4 aspects of contents including training curriculum setting, training contents, training schedule, etc. From "State Teacher Training Plan (2010)-High School Biology Teachers Program" held in Northeast Normal University.
