As the promotion of quality-oriented education in China, students' psychological healthy problem has been the main focus in secondary school education. The article adopts experimentation to survey students' physique such as height, weight and bust in Kashi of Xinjiang Province. Results: Middle school students' body shape development in city is higher than rural students. The whole level is lower than national average level. The aim of the article is to provide reference for middle school students' body shape development.%采用实验法对新疆维吾尔族喀什地区中学生的身高、体重、胸围的体质监测进行研究.结果:新疆维吾尔族13-18岁中学生身体形态城男、女学生的生长发育水平高于乡村男女学生,总体低于全国均值水平随着素质教育的全面推进.旨在为中学生的体质健康问题提供参考资料,研究其在整个国民体质中有重要意义.
