高职院校教学督导工作现状调查分析

         

摘要

目的:了解当前教学督导工作存在的问题,并提出改进策略,进一步完善学校教学督导工作.方法:采用问卷调查、个别访谈、集体座谈等方法,调查本校教师、教学管理人员共163人.结果:35.6%的被调查者对教学督导概念理解正确,71.6%的被调查者认为教学督导十分必要,88%的被调查者认为目前督导评价标准比较合理,97.6%的被调查者对反馈方式满意,87%的被调查者认为督导组评价客观.结论:深入宣传教学督导作用、切实加强督导队伍的建设、进一步规范教学督导内容、完善教学质量监控与评价体系才能有效提高高职院校教学督导工作.%Object: To know about the question of supervising the work of teaching, and propose suggestions for improvement. Method: 163 people including teachers and teaching administrators were surved by questionnaire survey, individual interview, panel interview, and so on. Result: 35.6% of the surveyed people could comprehend the teaching supervision, 71.6% of them considered that the teaching supervision is necessary, 88% of them considered that the teaching supervision is reasonable. 97.6% of them satisfied with feedback system, and 87% of them considered that the teaching supervision is objective. Conclusion: The advance of teaching supervision deponds on the deep publicity. The construction of teaching supervision system, the definition of tne content and the perfection of the teaching quality supervision and evaluation system.
